Sarah focusses on payroll but she comes from a HR background. Her day-to-day job involves processing payroll and pensions on behalf of clients. Her HR experience means that she can help clients and their employees by providing advice on statutory regulations.
Sarah joined the team at My Management Accountant in 2018. Before that she worked in HR for a UK-wide retailer. Sarah is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She keeps up to date with changes to the industry and relevant legislation through webinars and online training.
Sarah advises clients on a range of HR and payroll issues. These include Sick Pay, Maternity leave and Shared Parental Leave. She’s also able to process any tax code changes and query PAYE when required.
With two children at home, Sarah doesn’t get much time to herself. But she does love spending time with family and friends. She also plays cricket! As a child, she wanted to become a nurse, up until she developed a phobia of needles! Nursing’s loss is our gain Sarah!
